Terms and Conditions:

Only the amount for deposit will be charged to guarantee your reservation. The outstanding amount is payable to the Hotel directly upon your arrival.
We can only accept Cash payment in IDR (Indonesia Rupiah) for the remaining amount.
You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival date.
- Deposits paid are non refundable.
- Cancellations received after 48 hours period will be considered late. The total of the first nights' accommodation will be charged to your credit card
- Please inform us ahead in advance if there are any changes to your travel plans.
For the safety and comfort of our general guests, we reserve the right to refuse service to guests we deem unsuitable. Booking fees, security deposit and accomodation charges paid will not be refunded.

- All payments must be free of any bank commission or charges imposed by the bank.
CANCELLATIONS & CANCELATION CHARGE:
The Partner must notify of any cancellation as early as possible, but in any case should not be later than specified hereunder:
- Cancellation received within 72 hours prior guest arrival: One (1) night charge
- Less than 72 hours or No-show: Full charge with maximum of 3 nights stay will be applied.
